Brown turmeric, curry powder, poultry seasoning, pepper, oregano, and black pepper and salt. And I added a teaspoon of all the seasonings. And I also have cream of chicken and some um coconut milk I brought quite a long time ago. I said I was going to use. So my vegetables. Oops. Sorry. I’ll pick that up. Now I use one teaspoon of each seasoning but two teaspoon of oregano. Okay. Okay, my vegetables are carrots, celery, onion, green onion, mushrooms, and peppers, bell peppers, but you can add hot pepper to it if you want to. And I have cooking back there mashed potatoes. So, let me get a glove. Okay. So, I’m also going to use garlic butter. Now, I have ran out of garlic, period. No garlic powder, no garlic, nothing. So, I thought I had brought some garlic powder. No, I didn’t find any in the store. So if you can’t add more garlic to it. So first thing I’mma do is make the stuffing. So even though I ran out of garlic butter, I do have some garlic and herb butter here that I made. I ran out of garlic. Not garlic butter, but garlic. And I’mma add some olive oil to this. But I’m going to check to see if it’s the least hot cuz it if it isn’t, I just got to uh move it around till I get an eye that will heat up. Yeah, it’s heating up. So, I have my garlic butter and a little olive oil. I made some um I think I’mma start making my um aloe vera gel the way I made uh my thyme and rosemary gel. Okay, so we have our butter and a little olive oil. It seems as if this pan is getting hot. It’s not that it has to stay hot. So, let’s do this. My carrots and some peppers are going in with my carrots. The peppers are celery and the rest of the carrots, onion, all onion. And um got to get these scallions. It’s not that much. I don’t know why I’m putting all this stuff, but it’s okay. Mushrooms and save some for another day. I got this left. I’m going to make some um spaghetti. Once a month I make spaghetti. Um and once a month I make um tacos. I used to make chili once a month, too. And beans. I used to make all that once a month. Okay. Here is some of my seasonings. I put a teaspoon each. I might have to um put more make put more because I’m making I I I remember now. I put some in the um breadcrumbs. I made the breadcrumbs myself. So, I’mma put some in here. I wasn’t dec I was deciding if I wanted to make those lemon potatoes and just put them at the um bottom of the pan or if I want to try to make this right or if I want to try to make mashed potatoes. So, I decided to go ahead and start making those lemon uh potatoes because I don’t figure I have enough uh of the recommended seasoning for those lemon potatoes. So, I decided, oh, you know what? I’m missing that ahead here. I got the black pepper, everything. I added some lemon pepper. See? Here it is. I also added a teaspoon of this. I am running out of lemon. I done ran out of garlic. Well, I have seasonings up there. So, I’m just going to let this heat up for a little while. Then, I’mma put it in the bread crumbs. And what I have to do is um I might have to move my stove over here, my little stove I have. Um cuz last time I had a time with that stove and I don’t want to be sitting here for no two hours waiting for something that could cook for 20 minutes. Right. Right. So this one I decided to try and Going to mix the cream of chicken soup with the coconut milk. Looks like I need a little bit more butter. Got a little Oh, Lord. Soon I’m going to be cooking sweets, y’all, cuz the savory is going on down. All righty. This cook for a little while. Oh yeah, I’mma have to use that rest of the garlic and herb butter for the potatoes. So, let me get the chicken out. I marinated chicken in that, too. What I did was I pulled the skin back. Got to put olive oil on it, but I pulled the skin back and marinated the chicken. Oh, here go the chicken. Okay. But what I didn’t do was remove the bone and pound it down. But it’s okay. It’ll work out. It will work out. So, um, I just hit the knife. Oh, I need a smaller knife. That knife is too large. I think I need to make some water. Hi. How you doing, Jordan? So, you see this is going to work. I should have cut it off the bone. That’s okay. Not so straight because I left the bone on, but that’s all right, too. should have cut it off and just pound it. Okay, this is cooking a little bit. Okay, let me put this aside cuz I have some more. Um, and what else? I need an egg. I need an egg for the stuffing. All right. Thank you. I need some a egg for the stuffing. And I don’t know if I’m using all this. I don’t have to. So, I could um put this in the pan, too. So, turn the potatoes down. I can put this in the pan. Let it cook just a little bit longer. These are chicken thighs. I didn’t cut the bone off. [Music] I should have cut the bone off, but I didn’t. But it’s going to be good. Now, one thing I decided to combine this The chicken been marinating for about an hour or so. Hey, that’s good. That one it came out really good. That’s a good pocket right there. I don’t have that many of them. I just have um five Okay, this might take some time to cook. Probably take about 40 50 minutes. Oh, I’m cooking stuffed chicken curry. It’s a new dish. It probably isn’t, but it’s just it’s stuffed chicken curry. I probably will add a little bit more curd seasoning. And what I’m doing is stuffing the chicken. Okay, that’s all. And I’m making the stuffing. I’m letting the vegetables cook. And what I don’t use for the stuffing, I’ll put it at the bottom of the pan and have gravy. Okay. So, I’m pre precooking the vegetables and then I’m going to put them in the stuffing. This is the stuffing. See, I got to put some um flavoring in the coconut milk. So, what I probably will do is mix some more. Okay. Sorry y’all. What I don’t use I would just put at the bottom of the pan in the gravy cuz it don’t look as if I’m going to use all this. Okay, let me mix this. And um this stuff is hot and egg an egg and the rest of the curry seasoning. The seasonings I mixed up. Then I’m going to mix some more seasonings and put it in the milk in the coconut milk and and it’s going to come out good. It’s going to come out really good. Put the rest of the seasoning. Yeah, I just make some more. Think I got to put a little water in here. Just a little bit. Not a lot. Okay, there you go. Okay. Trying to get the chicken and stuff full of skin. There you go. I usually have to look for dishes. Oh, this smells good, man. It really smells really good. Next time I’mma buy me some vegetable bread. I should pour some olive oil up here cuz I totally forgot it. So, I’m stuffing it. The chicken. Oh, Lord. God knows in the middle of this. Um, who is it? Oh, thank you. Tell them the center plate when I get through. My niece, she cooks stuffed chicken, too. See? Oh, Lord. Stuffed chicken, collard greens, can sweet potato um pudding. I got to wash my hands. I probably will eat this, too. I’m working on mines. It should have been finished. Oh, I am in Virginia. I’m in Virginia. I’m going to put on another glove, y’all. So, I got to move this stove and u my other dishes here. Yeah, I need to wash. Not that long cuz I ain’t got nothing. Okay. Okay, I’m stuffing the last chicken. Okay. Trying to stuff it. The rest of them came out pretty good. This one should too. I like this just enough room. Just enough room. What I’m going to do with the last of this stuffing is the biggest one. Okay. Now, what I have to do, I have to hook up this boat. [Music] I think the dish isn’t deep enough. I should have used the uh deep dish I have over there, but um I have gotten this one. So, I just hope it’s deep enough. Okay, so I have this. Now, I have to create more seasoning. So, let’s go. Let’s do this. Uh oregano. Two heaping spoons of oregano. Some pepper. This is really hard to get off. I think I’m just going to shake it. Curry powder. Oh, that’s for the oregano. Poultry seasoning. Hello. Um, no, that that was what was it? Poultry seasoning. I did grip out uh papa. I used a measuring spoon when I did it the first time. Tunar. The lemon pepper seasoning. Yeah, cuz I ran out of lemons. All righty. the lemon pepper seasoning. Oh, mix it all up. You can smell the curry. Yes, you can. And then salt. Okay. So, what I need now is a bowl. Okay, I need a bowl. All right, here we go. Okay. Cream of chicken soup. Okay. Coconut milk. This is nonfat coconut milk. So, probably won’t use it at all. I don’t know why I poured it all in there. Seasonings. And the rest of these peppers and onions, peppers, onions, celery. Think I um made mistakes and put it in a pan that is not deep enough. But it’s okay. It’s okay. It’s okay. It’s all good. It’s going to come out good. Okay. And I’mma put a little water in here. And I need I’m going sprinkle a little bit more salt. Look. See, I understand now. And so this will take about 40 minutes or so to cook, but I’m going use my um oven so it won’t take forever. And this wow. Okay. Okay. I need a plug it up. Okay. Let me um put the dirty dishes over here. Let me cover this with foil. I really need some water in here, but I don’t have enough food for water. I’mma put a little bit of water in it. Oh, this is cheese and jalapenos and spinach. It is good. It is good. It’s going to take time for that to cook. And once I’m cooking with it, I’m take this mix from the refrigerator. I most likely will cook some canned spinach. This is good. This is really good. Just some water and drink with it. I might not eat it all, y’all. I might eat some of it. I got to make some mashed potatoes and some canned spinach and then I’ll be finished. But in the meantime, I will eat. Uh-huh. I thank you for this food, Jesus. I thank you for your goodness, your mercy, your kindness, all your many blessings. I thank you, Lord, for your truth. This is good. It’s a little spicy, but not too spicy for me. But it is a little spicy. You know, I make this stuff this ice cream with pudding. And I didn’t know what it was. I thought it was ganache. It was a a recipe from the south. So, I saw a couple of other people up there making the same dish. Then I went to the store and I read what was in gelato. Mostly in America, some of our recipes just come from other places. So I read how to make gelato and I said, “Hey, this is gelato.” I said, “This is gelato. This must be stuffed with cream cheese. It’s good. I’mma taste mad this too. I think it’s done. Let me make me a cup of tea. Let me see my cup over here. There go my cup. I think this is still hot. Let’s see if this working. This eye is some timing. Thank you. My niece made it. And I’m cooking chicken with stuffed curry powder. And this is good. This chicken is really good. I like the stuffing. Yes, I do. And it’s cream cheese, spinach, and jalapeno. It’s good. I got to put up some of this stuff I have all over the place. Excuse me. When I was making the food, that food going to take time to cook. I’m just hoping it don’t spill over. Mhm. Fresh greens and yams. I got to make me some mash. Make the mashed potatoes. Then I got to start cleaning up this place cuz I just been cooking and cooking and prepping and cooking and washing dishes and cooking and prepping and cooking. And let me make me a cup of tea. Then after that, let me wash the dishes and start picking this stuff up out of this kitchen. Well, the eye is working. Lord, I thank you, Jesus. I thank you. I thank you, Lord. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you. Y’all, the lights went off and I want to say thank you. Oh, there they go. I was getting ready to get off the line. I don’t know how what happened there. I was about to get off mine. This is good. eat all this. I I’ll put my food away for tomorrow. Tomorrow, get the stove. Still cook clicking. All right, I’mma save this for tomorrow after $8 sweet potato and greens. I don’t know what she got this recipe from. Probably Tik Tok. spinach. She probably got it from Tik Tok, but I got to get ready to put it up and finish cooking my meal. You have mercy. That would take it got 30 more minutes. So, I got to wash the dishes and clean up. Anyway, let me take this bite. She probably will be getting my curry chicken tomorrow cuz I know they probably going to bed. I hate it when the lights go out. It scares me. So, I have been looking for I was looking for an apartment. and I’m going back to doing it. And I’m going to look all over the country for apartments and see if um I was trying to do I was trying to see if I had a certain amount of money and I was um if I had a certain amount of How much it will will will a partner get me? You know, I think it was 16,000 or 2,000, but really you have to have like five or 3,000. I was using like my prop money to see I don’t know if I started off with 5,000 or two, but here in Virginia, you got to have twice. Oh lord, I got screw the amount of rent. I mean, three times or something like that. So, Hi. I have to wipe off the floor. I’m going take and freeze this sauce. Let me see if I got put it in a double storage bag. Just got I got two left. And I’m going to freeze it. I might as well put the rest of the seasoning in it. If this comes out right and tastes really good, I’mma use the sauce again. Okay. Okay. Okay, I double baked it with a hope that it won’t come out. And then I have to um wash these dishes. But I got the stove over here. So I got any more beds with peppers. I don’t have no more storage bags. So, I’mma wrap the peppers up in a little foil. Come on. I got a stack of dishes. have carrots, a little bit of peppers, a little bit of onion, and some mushrooms. And I can save this for another day. Oh, what time it is? Checking the phone. Phone to tell me it’s 9:03. Got a little garlic spread left and put back. I’m going to put it back in the refrigerator. Okay. See what I get left over. probably eat a bunch of leftovers tomorrow. So, you probably see out there cooking, but um or if I just decided to cook spaghetti with you. Oh, I forgot the ginger. Dang it. I was going to put ginger with that. Think I was moving too fast. See what I have left to put up. Ginger. So that same thing potatoes. Okay. Move this over here. This jar. This up. It give the potatoes a lemony flavor like those quick potatoes. It’s cooking now. Boiling over. But I got some aluminum foil here. So, woo, I don’t have to worry about I should have used the other dish, but it’s all good. I don’t have to worry about um the chicken done. Oh, it smells good. All right, let me get something else and taste this again. Don’t have enough lemony flavor. It has a little Oh my god, it has a little those lemony potatoes and mashed potatoes. All right. Um, have to open up a can of It’s cooking, man. It’s cooking. I want to drop on the ground. Okay. Um I got here peas and corn. Okay, I’mma have to open up a can of spinach, but I don’t have Oh, Lord. I’m just like this. All right, that’s almost done. Oh, you can smell like carrot. That carrot smell good. What I’mma put in the spinach is lemon pepper. Put some salt in there. Move these over here. You heard I got to go upstairs and this time of night I am going to run the copper clean. I need some butter or margarine put in here, but I’ll do it after it cooks because I have to walk past the stove. It should be almost done. I put it on 40 minutes, so it should be done.
