    Meatloaf wrapped in bacon with Hasselback potatoes, cucumber salad, redcurrant jelly and brown sauce.

    “Forloren hare” means “mock hare”. I guess if you wrap something in bacon you can call it what you want.

    * **Meatloaf:** Ground pork, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, breadcrumbs, oatmeal, egg, milk, bacon.
    * **Hasselback potatoes:** Potatoes, oil, sweet chili powder, salt, butter.
    * **Cucumber salad:** Cucumber, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, bay leaves, black peppercorns, coriander seeds.
    * **Redcurrant jelly:** Redcurrants, water, sugar.
    * **Brown sauce:** Butter, flour, beef stock, milk, cream, red wine, English sauce, pan juices from the meatloaf, redcurrant jelly, salt, pepper, gravy browning.
