Full Recipe (caption):
• ½ cup rice
• 4 cups water
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbsp flour
• 10 tbsp yogurt
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp dried mint
• ½ tsp chili flakes
Instructions:
1. Boil rice in 4 cups water until soft.
2. In a bowl, whisk yogurt, egg yolk, and flour until smooth.
3. Add a ladle of hot rice water into the yogurt mix while whisking to temper it.
4. Slowly pour the yogurt mixture into the pot, stirring continuously.
5. Simmer on low until thick and creamy.
6. Melt butter in a pan, add mint and chili flakes, and drizzle on top.
