This recipe is super easy to make and oh so delicious
All righty, my friends. Today, I’m going to show you how to make the best big ziti ever. That’s right. Get out your pants. Here we go. It’s going to be super yummy, super delicious, super easy, and you’re going to want to eat it like every night. Like every good ziti, we’re going to start with some ground beef. So, you want to take about a pound of ground beef, throw it on into your skillet pan, and we’re going to brown that up. All righty. I think everybody knows this trick. Once the beef is all browned, you want to go ahead and push it over to one side like so. You’re going to tip the pan just a hair just to let the rest of the grease go down. Stick in a paper towel. Let it soak up. And we’re going to go ahead and take the grease out that way. Once you’ve got all the grease out of the pan, add in about tablespoons of garlic and 2 tablebsp of Italian seasoning. We’re going to mix that together and we’re going to let this cook down for about 1 minute. Once the meat’s all cooked down, we’re going to go ahead and transfer it to the bowl. Next, take one jar or can of your favorite tomato sauce, put it in a pan, and add in one block of cream cheese. And we’re going to go ahead and let that melt down. Once your cream cheese is all melted down, add in one cup of ricotta cheese and one cup of cooked, chopped, and drained spinach. Got to get those veggies in and mix that all together. Once your cheese sauce and spinach is all combined, add your meat back into the pan and make sure you mix this up real well. Next, take your baking pan and you’re going to put some olive oil in it and brush it so you have a nice even coat. You don’t want your pasta sticking. Take about half of your meat and cheese sauce and make sure you get a nice even layer on the bottom of your pan. Next, we’re going to take our box of ziti straight out of the box and we’re going to make an even layer on top of this mixture. We’re not going to even cook. You want to make sure that you get an even layer over the entire Take the rest of your sauce and make sure that you put it over the entire top so that all the pasta is covered. Now, you want to make sure that everything is covered and you want to cover your pan with foil. We’re going to put this in the oven at 350° for 1 hour. I’ll see you in about an hour. All righty. Now, it’s been about an hour, so let’s do the big reveal. Yum. Now, we’re going to top this off with some uh shredded Parmesan cheese. And then we’re going to also top it off with some mozzarella cheese. Lots of mozzarella. We love this. And then put back in the oven for about five minutes just to uh melt the cheese down. And we will be time for the tasty taste. Yum, yum. Dinner time. All righty. This looks amazing. So, I’m going to serve some up and let it cool for a couple of minutes and then Megan and I will do a nice tasty taste. I am starving. I am ready for dinner. And it smells so good. So good.
