Preparation
- Preheat broiler. Sprinkle garlic powder and seasoned salt liberally on both sides of chops.
- Place chops on broiling pan. Broil to taste, turning chops halfway through. Eyes should become crisp, not burnt, and meat along bone should be almost caramelized.
