Today I’m showing you how to make stuffed grape leaves, otherwise known as an enab. And this is the only recipe you’re going to need. It’s better than your mom’s, your tons, your tetas, all of them. And I’ll throw down with any teta who says otherwise, respectfully, of course. So to start, we have raw ground beef, uncooked rice, and seasoning. All the seasonings will be listed in the caption below. And you’ve also got your grape leaves that you’ve rinsed off. Now the fun part, otherwise known as the hard labor. Lay your grape leaf flat on a cutting board. Use a knife to remove the stem. Add a small amount of the ground beef and rice mixture and then start rolling and folding in the sides as you go. If you get a really big leaf, you just have to cut some off the bottom and continue as normal. This is going to take you forever, so try to enlist the help of anyone you can. Your brother, your neighbor, your dog. Honestly, beg them if you have to. Otherwise, you might end up with a really sore back like I did. Once you’re done, take a moment to feel proud of yourself before you start cooking. This is optional, but if you want to add a lot of delicious flavor, you’re going to want to sear some ribeye. Add a few cloves of garlic to the bottom and then start stacking your stuffed grape leaves. Cover with a plate so the grape leaves don’t move around when cooking. And then pour over a water and lemon juice mix until the water reaches the same level as the plate. And of course, add some more garlic. These take about 1 hour to cook. So just be patient. Beef comes out super tender. Grape leaves soak up that lemony garlicky goodness. And that’s the only stuffed grape leaf recipe you’re going to need. Save it, share it, and don’t forget to dip it in the broth. You’re welcome.
