Any recommendations for similar ones to try? I’m on kick right now and would love back up options for when I can’t find this one local.

I was shocked at the depth of flavor in this sauce. Sneaky elite.

If you like this, their Belezean Heat is another banger!

I’m in Europe and we’re backwards when it comes to HS, so I can’t give recs.
But hear me out: nopales have that sort of bitter, herbal, kinda-medicinal flavour to them. What else does? Green tea or yerba mate, for a start. Naturally rich in glutamic acid/MSG, btw.
Marie Sharp’s make great sauces, but their process isn’t too complicated. No fermentation, just cooking ingredients together. So if you’d like something a little bit different, you could easily make your own.
Tip: milder chilies, less salt. Hotter, more salt. That’s how MS’s do things.
