Making a Vegetable Korma the Pure and Simple Natural Fat Free Sugar Free Way using Red Lentils, Green Lentils, Chickpeas, Potato, Sweet Potato, Cauliflower, 2 Mushrooms, 2 Tomatoes, a Carrot, 1/2 Onion, 1/2 Pepper, Celery, a Chili, Ginger, 4 Cloves of Garlic, some Cabbage, Frozen Soya beans, Frozen Baby Broad Beans, Frozen Mixed Vegetables, a tin of Coconut Milk, Coriander, Turmeric and Cumin, Cloves and Ground Black Pepper

Now we’re making a vegan ka using red lentils, green lentils, chickpeas, a potato, a sweet potato, some cauliflower, two mushrooms, two tomatoes, a carrot, half an onion, half a pepper, some celery, a chili, some ginger, four cloves of garlic, some cabbage, some frozen soy beans, some frozen baby broad beans, some frozen mixed veg, a tin of coconut milk, some coriander, some turmeric, some cumin, some cloves, and some ground black pepper. Put some red lentils in a pan. Add some green lentils. We’re using dried chickpeas. You do need to soak them in water for 24 hours before using them. Add some of the soaked chickpeas to the pan. Peel and dice the potato and add it to the pan. Peel and dice the sweet potato and add it to the pan. Cut and wash some cauliflower and add it to the pan. Wash and chop the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Wash and chop the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Peel and grate the carrot and add it to the pan. Chop the onion and add it to the pan. Chop the pepper and add it to the pan. Wash and chop some celery and add it to the pan. Wash and chop the chili and add it to the pan. Peel and chop the ginger and add it to the pan. Peel and chop the garlic and add it to the pan. Grate some cabbage and add it to the pan. Add some frozen soy beans. Add some frozen baby broad beans. Add some frozen mixed vegetables. Add the tin of coconut milk. Add coriander, turmeric, cumin, some cloves, and some ground black pepper. Boil a kettle of water and fill the pan with water. Go to the stove. Put the pan on a high heat and bring to the boil, stirring well. Make sure to stir from the bottom of the pan. When it reaches the boil, turn the heat down and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Stir well throughout. And after half an hour, corn is ready to eat.
