If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

I’d say it’s not going to be accurate and will probably damage the probe. You’ll need to replace it for sure.
Mine is like that; the ceramic sheath broke off. I contacted Traeger and they sent me a replacement, but I was too lazy to install it. Been running mine like that for two years now, no issues.

Yes! It’ll work just fine
[This](https://www.lowes.com/pd/CRAFTSMAN-2-5-Gallon-Corded-Portable-Wet-Dry-Shop-Vacuum-Corded/5013057707) is perfect for getting stuff really clean. Don’t forget to take the inner heat shield off and clean under it as well. I do believe a lot of people’s probes look like that.
I should call him…
