The International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) Hyderabad is all set to present ‘Mystical Mélange’, an Indo – French culinary and cultural evening, at Phoenix Arena, HITEC City, on November 29. The annual showcase, curated by over 70 third-year students, highlights their hotel management expertise and features more than 40 gourmet creations, delighting over 400 guests, including VIPs, parents, and hospitality leaders.
The event celebrates a unique fusion of French gastronomy and Indian culinary artistry, attracting dignitaries from the hospitality and cultural sectors. Ranjan, Principal Secretary of Telangana, will grace the event as Chief Guest, along with senior hoteliers and industry experts. IIHM acknowledged Suresh Chukapally, Chairman Emeritus of Phoenix Group Hyderabad, for supporting the venue.
Dr Suborno Bose, IIHM Chairman, emphasized that hospitality is “a celebration of human connection” and reiterated the institute’s mission to nurture world-class leaders. The evening promises a curated menu that blends Indian and French flavours, crafted by student chefs.
