It’s venison season, which of course means lots of venison cooking videos. And we’re starting this year’s venison season off with a bang with one of my absolute favorites of Lebanese cuisine. Fresh ground deer meat mixed with onions and parsley and lots of spices formed onto a big old skewer, grilled over an open flame, served with some amazing Middle Eastern rice and cucumber yogurt sauce.
