Preparation

  1. Put pork in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine bread pieces and milk. Blend thoroughly with the fingers, then add to the pork, along with the onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper. Blend thoroughly with the fingers.
  3. Shape the mixture into 6 to 8 meatballs of about the same size.
