first grilled cheeseI’ve ever made! tasted great looked awful think I pressed it down a bit hard. any tips to improve ?

    Too much fat, don’t need to add any to the pan.

    Use less cheese, but one like gruyere.

    Toast the bread first, then butter the outside and then put it in the pan to finish off.
