Ingredients

  • 1 ounce overproof (150-proof alcohol) white rum
  • 1 ounce amaro
  • ¼ ounce lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup
  • Chilled seltzer
  • 1 lime wedge, for garnish

    Preparation

    1. Combine the rum, amaro, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, top with seltzer and garnish with the lime wedge.
