Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ ounces gin
  • 1 ounce blanc or blanco vermouth
  • ¾ ounce manzanilla sherry
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Lemon twist.

    1 serving

    Preparation

    1. Pour gin, vermouth, sherry and bitters over ice in a mixing glass. Stir thoroughly to chill. Strain over ice in a rocks glass and rub lemon oil from the twist over the rim of the glass.
