Kenneth McCoy’s Old-Fashioned

McCoy’s old-fashioned strikes a balance between the muddled fruit and minimalist models.

Ingredients

• Dash of Regans’ orange bitters
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Dash of simple syrup
• 1 teaspoon of brandied cherry juice
• 2 ounces of your favorite whiskey
• Orange peel

Preparation

1. Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over a large chunk of ice. Garnish with a thick twist of orange peel.
