There’s nothing wrong with a gin and tonic, but a rum and tonic is a sweeter, deeper surprise.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 ounces dark rum
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • Tonic water, to top
  • Lime wedge, for garnish

    Preparation

    1. Fill a highball glass with ice and add rum and lime juice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
