Preparation
- Wash and dry lettuce and break into bite-size pieces.
- Wash and core apples and cut into cubes (do not peel).
- Whisk together vinegar, oil and coriander in salad bowl. Add lettuce, apples and walnuts and toss. Season with pepper.
