Preparation

  1. Wash and dry lettuce and break into bite-size pieces.
  2. Wash and core apples and cut into cubes (do not peel).
  3. Whisk together vinegar, oil and coriander in salad bowl. Add lettuce, apples and walnuts and toss. Season with pepper.
  • Walnut oil gives this salad a distinctive flavor.
