Preparation

  1. Prepare the tomatoes and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in saucepan and add onion and garlic. Cook briefly, stirring, until onion is wilted.
  3. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook, stirring often, about 3 minutes. Stir in butter and serve.
