Preparation

  1. Halve and pit the avocados. Skin the halves, cut them into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, except the lime juice, and mix together lightly, so that the mixture is slightly chunky.
  2. Squeeze the lime or lemon juice over the top and serve.
