BEWARE newtonboyy 1 year ago I finally jumped on the wagon and pick 3 up from Wally World. I was not disappointed at all!Only thing I didn’t like was it was only a 1” cut so reverse sear over cooked it (because I’m an idiot).So next time I’m just gonna either go straight to the grill or cast iron.But the flavor and texture was awesome.
