    Yes and im not disappointed every time. Hot skillet 1 minute on each side twice with salt and pepper that’s all you need

    It’s American wagyu, so it’s not the best but try either Japanese or Australian and you’ll notice a huge difference

    I finally jumped on the wagon and pick 3 up from Wally World. I was not disappointed at all!

    Only thing I didn’t like was it was only a 1” cut so reverse sear over cooked it (because I’m an idiot).

    So next time I’m just gonna either go straight to the grill or cast iron.

    But the flavor and texture was awesome. Definitely gonna get more when they restock!

    Just not thick enough. That’s the only complaint.

  8. I just got my first “wagyu”, ground beef from Walmart. It was really good, clean tasting. It could definitely substitute steaks when money’s tight.

    Yes. Its good. Never had wagyu from japan tho
