Preparation

  1. Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup and orange juice in saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Bring mixture to boil and cook 5 minutes. Watch carefully to keep from boiling over.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and pecans.
