  1. hi robbie πŸ€—
    great video.
we had rain listed for saturday night into sunday – and that's exactly what happened…more off than on, but enough to keep me out of the garden today. tfs

  2. Thank you for mentioning root crops again! I was wondering how I should plant them and now I know πŸ™‚. The view that y'all have is beautiful! I get to look at trees because I am surrounded by them and my huge yard is full of trees and I have very few sunny areas for my garden so I will have to figure out which vegetables need more sun. I know of some vegetables that need more sun from watching your videos. I really appreciate all you do to help us! Thank you! 😊

  3. It just started raining lightly here (I'm in Long Beach-Belmont Shore, right next to Seal Beach.) I have been hearing the forecast for light rain late today and probably tomorrow. I may have already commented that I favor Kellogg Patio Plus. The price has gone up a bit, ,but it's still the best deal I see for a good product from an old family-owned company in California. It only comes in large 1.5 cubic foot bags, but at the cost of smaller bags of other things.

  4. Porch garden is beautiful. Your tomatillo sure is trying. Would love info on your 3 pot composting in the dish pan.

  5. Robbie, would you mind doing an illustration of how you set up new pots, showing the layering? I keep forgetting πŸ˜…

  6. Your dish pan garden idea is so creative. Its amazing to watch how these little things can be turned into a garden to grow life sustaining food along with your sweet doggie (is her name kitty) and beautiful birds. Thank you for sharing your Love and Happiness 😊

  7. I get so excited when your videos pop up. I do want to ask, you mentioned how the color of the bin matters for the mini greenhouse. What color do I need?

  8. Robbie you and Gary inspire people who only have a tiny place by showing them what can be done in a small space. Love the deck garden can't wait to see all the changes.

  9. I love your house! I’m so envious of your space lol all I have is a small patio. Gorgeous

  10. Wow ! I’ve never seen a cardinal in real life like that ! Beautiful 🀩 Thanks for sharing πŸ‘‹πŸΌ

  11. Was that a coyote running through the deck just before the end of the video?

  12. You show small container gardening, but you have SO MANY containers! I'm planning my four totes to have themes – Italian, salsa, Asian and herbs. The soil I used last year has sunk so low I need to refill it. It's very compacted so should I empty them and start over?I Worried about disrupting the microbes and worms tho. πŸ€”

  13. Thank you for sharing! Cool to see all the birds and plants! Was that a fox or coyote on your outside camera? Luckily it’s 50 there! It was -1 this morning here in VT but this winter has been really mild
