    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

    Egg bites:
    10 eggs baked in cupcake tin at 350 for 15 minutes
    2 ounces diced mushrooms
    2 ounces cheddar cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Cottage cheese side:
    1 whole contained of nonfat cottage cheese (1/2 cup separated per serving)
    0.50 ounces in each serving of nature valley protein granola

    Each serving is 313 calories:)

    I kid. This looks great. I love cottage cheese and i love how protein forward this is. Going to have to try this one.
