Recipe in grams:
– 278 cream
– 150 milk
– 260 grams banana (ripe, starting to get spots)
– 17 sugar
– 150 caramel (Trader Joe’s caramel sauce)
– 14 malt powder
– 50 milk powder
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 3/4 tsp salt
