Rabbits and mice are my enemies. They’re both cute, but oh boy do they wreak havoc.
Have you considered fencing the whole garden bed? Surely they’d just munch on something else if they can’t reach the lettuce.

Bunnies and squirrels for me. I have to use full row covers. In 2 years they haven’t bothered burrowing in yet. My tomatoes are in 18 inch diameter cages made of concrete reinforcement mesh with plastic deer netting wrapped around them. Keeps out the squirrels and this fat possum in my neighborhood.

These rabbits are causing so much trouble for me!
At least my best plants are in a high raised bed or larger containers….but losing plants is annoying.
