I made this cinnamon raisin bread from a recipe at saladinajar.com, but made it healthy. I mixed in some whole wheat flour, oats, wheat germ and ground flaxseed.

The crust came out really nice, thin and crispy, but the texture is a little dense and could maybe use a little more raisins and sugar – I skipped on the amount called for, plus the extra grains needed the flavor. I think I need a little more milk or water too. Any suggestions on how else I can improve it?

It did taste pretty nice untoasted with butter, and very nice toasted with peanut butter.
