I need honest opinions on looks and crumb.
This is my third time making sourdough bread but don’t he nice, I won’t learn from nice just be honest.
The taste was perfect reminded me of the ones I get at the farmers market, but a little less sour which I like.
Can’t add a crumb shot of the second one, because I sent it to a neighbor.

I always forget to post the recipe

The only thing I changed was the amount if whole wheat
I did 75 g of whole-wheat 25 g of Dark Rye
And the starter was fed with 50 g bread flour, 25 grams whole-wheat and 25 grams of Dark Rye
That looks honestly impressive.
I’ve practiced a lot and I would be chuffed with myself, if I’d pulled these out the oven.
Well done 👍🏻
