I was in Toronto last week and had some great [生煎包](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shengjian_mantou). Has anyone found good ones here? Ideally the thin-skinned kind, like in the photo on Wikipedia.

Never seen legit shengjian bao here. Someone please enlighten me.

This has always been my biggest frustration. Managed to find good 小笼包, but the 生煎 are always like fried bao buns

Tipsy Shanghai has “Pan Fried XiaoLongBao” is that the same thing?
