The flavors in this were amazing!! I added garlic to the sizzling oil mixture and threw some red onions on top as well bc why not 🤷♀️ I also had some rice vinegar on hand so I did a quick pickle on the cucumbers & red onions and it added a nice pop of flavor. I’m not usually a big fan of flatbreads so I was very pleasantly surprised by how good this was!
