Has anyone tried Lori Jayne @ Alphaville?

These might just be the best chicken nuggets I’ve ever had. I was hanging with the chef/owner Sam the other night and he made these off-menu katsu curry nugs that I’m still thinking about

He’s super passionate about his food. He told me a great story about how his spice mix is inspired by an old bbq cart in Chinatown. Would not expect bar food to have this kind of history behind it
