Breakfast: protein drink + meta mucil for fiber

Lunch: rice, packaged chicken breast, and vegetables

Gym: hella hard leg day + cardio

Post gym snackish: protein drink, anchovies (craving lol), and shared yogurt with my partner

Dinner: wannabe chipotle bowl: nearly an entire bag of spring mix, packaged chicken breast, tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and beans

I typically eat around 150-170g of protein daily but to my surprise, I ate 207g yesterday!
