I was very lucky they all sealed because I had some siphoning (I need to watch my headspace better) but now we have some chicken soup for the shelves!

We took a year old turkey from the freezer and after it thawed we boiled that bird with some celery, onions, and carrots for rich tasty broth for several hours. After the bird cooled I stripped off all the meat, and we canned 14 quarts of Turkey vegetable soup. Turkey, diced potatoes, sliced carrots, sliced celery, and a tablespoon of diced onion in each jar. Topped it off with the broth and pressure canned it for 90 minutes at 11 lbs. It’s GOOD soup. We also canned 7 quarts of broth. Your chicken soup looks delicious!
