I canned these tomatoes last year and I must not have cooked them down much as there’s a lot of water on top.. are these still good to eat? I cannot remember the exact recipe used but it was a tested one.

I would say yes, ultimately up to you. Use soon though. Tomatoes should last 1 ½ years

Pretty sure it’s just settling out. The water and tomatoes are separating. Just shake/ stir
