so im 23f about 225lbs and I’m trying to make it so i dont feel like im constantly hungry, I’ve heard fiber bars would help feel more full during the day. would meal replacement drinks also help? I’ve been on 1400 cals for a while and im trying to restrict more because im in a platue where im not loosing or gaining any weight but im constantly hungry. can someone tell me their experience on things like these and how full they’ve made you feel?

Honestly I think actual food might be more filling and delicious than these. High volume, low calorie. Fiber one bars aren’t filling for me and I can easily down a lot in one go. Veggies, fruits, low cal alternatives are your best bet, but everyone’s different so maybe try out some protein shakes and see how you feel!

  2. I love protein shakes and fiber bars, but moreso to help make sure im getting the necessary nutrients I need. Taste really good to me as well, almost like a healthier treat. They definitely fill me up more than the equivalent calories in snacks but not as much as just having a real meal with a lot of protein. I find what fills me up best is something I can have in high volume that wont make me go over my preferred calorie intake

1400 seems crazy low, how did you come up with that number?
