[Music] okay guys so we just had an amazing time at Montana and now we are at our last destination if you’ve followed us before you know that we love doce Italian we’ve post about it like everywhere so we’ve tried their lunch menu and you’ve seen that all over our social media all over it YouTube and now we are finally back to try the new dinner menu there was a lot of new dishes have been added to their dinner menu since we last came a month ago so we are going to Showcase those items for you so that you can understand what’s there to do at doce Italian and what’s there to eat at doce Italian so I’m excited to try it I’m excited to share it with you so here we go oh my gosh oh that tastes heavily okay guys so they also have this amazing bear that everybody won’t stop eating everyone loves it I mean especially over here and M won’t stop so I haven’t really tried this yet but it comes with olive oil this is a baguette I don’t always baguette but when I do there has to be olive oil it’s good it’s soy it’s soft it’s good to know that the bread here especially the fukasha which is made in house comes out with every meal it is really really good so good I haven’t tried it yet so let me let me actually try it so I’m going to dip this in I’m saying it’s good because muu almost ate this whole basket so we need to save this from her oh that’s better than get no the fala is really good this has love in it you can tell that they cooked it with like an olive oil cuz it has like an olive oil aftertaste good fragrance to it and it’s just so soft and crispy but it’s a trap do not eat all this bread you will get full and then your pasta is going to come out and you’re going to be like oh my goodness I’m full and my pasta’s in front of me then you’re sad and you’re you’re sad and you’re wondering like hey what am I what am I’m going to do with this food and your family is going to look at you and be like why aren’t you eating the food we paid for this all right so I am here with the first thing to come out with this our appetizer the seared big ey tuna I mean look at that it looks beautiful this whole dish looks way too beautiful to eat so I’m looking at it and it looks like it’s a combination of fruit obviously you have like P es you have beans you have tomatoes okay wow eat the be this is a really good orange with the SE this is seed big ey tuner check it out that looks beautiful so try it out love it love it I just want to try it with the actual Ginger vinegarette so it’s there’s like lots of like strips of ginger in the middle of this that are pretty pretty finely sliced so let’s try it with the ginger oh good I like it with the Ginger cuz I love Ginger even though I know it’s late and you is going to be like don’t eat ginger late cuz but I love it with the ginger I think it’s great if you mix it all together to get the sweetness from the from the Mandarin oranges you get the ginger you get the beans it’s just a really really fresh and delicious dish so let’s move on okay so this is the padelli alive Balan this dish is beautiful honestly it looks like one of those dishes that’s like just too beautiful to eat honestly it’s just really really good looking so the bottom of this is a creamy rizotto um and it’s top with ve it has vegetables pretty exci and stuff honestly to actually try this out so I’m going to dive right in so I’m going to try to mix this up and get a little bit of everything personally I’m not a big roro person just cuz most places I go to don’t necessar have a good RTO just to be honest and so I normally just don’t order it when I go to a restaurant so we’ll see if they can you know win me over with this amazing Contraption so here we go this is really really good I love the rotto it’s actually really creamy the real used in this dish is a is asabuka and it’s just really good I like that though they’re not necessarily holding back on the meat so you’re getting a good hoty portion of that ve with the vadoo and it’s just amazing sauce the result is not overpowering so I like it didn’t try the broccoli yet wo that broccoli is intense whole dish is amazing dish I was say mix it all together eat it all together everything has its own flavor so it’s better to eat it mixed than just individual so here we have this is a Cavatelli cashio Peppe with sausage fa beans and wild mushrooms so this dish looks amazing as you can tell from the description of this it’s a Cheesy dish made from some pretty high-end paresan and another type of white cheese that was previously made previously used in pizza when pizza was first invented before it was you know used with mozzarella it was used with this other type of cheese and I can’t remember the name he explained it better than I did I’m just excited to try it so check this out looks amazing oh man oh wow you know what reminds me of the pasta itself reminds me of what are those like pasta dumpling things you get sometimes um Noki it almost has like a Noki texture these things to they’re like really heavy and really thick and they have like that Noy like texture to them so the cheese is cutting through everything there’s like a very strong flavor of cheese that’s just cutting through the beans cutting through the sausage it’s just a really really good dish so I love it I think this is going to be probably my favorite dish of the night I dare say it it’s really really really good the fourth dish we’re going to be talking about is going to be the brazed short ribs these things look amazing it’s also coming with as you can tell like some roasted carrots mushrooms brussel sprouts over a bed of mashed potatoes so oh my goodness just cutting into this it’s really really tender it’s like falling apart check that out just really good we have a new number one this dish is the new number one the beef is like melt in your mouth the sauce is amazing I’m going to go I’m going to move on with the brussel sprouts so the bruss sprouts and the carrots you can tell they’re like more steamed cuz they both are like extremely soft they kind of melt in your mouth I would say the best thing to do in this situation would be to kind of mix the BR spr out the carrots with the actual beef dish and then all that together H perfect nothing overpowers each other cuz they’ll all have that soft texture so they all just kind of blend in together when you’re eating it that’s really really really good look at this I mean it’s just beautiful you’re getting codfish done multiple ways this here at the top of these fried risotto is a salted cod here obviously on the top you have this black cod that’s been seared and then under it you have this amazing like almost like a stewed like cabbage but it’s also mixed with a type of cod as well so you’re getting Cod three ways in this dish it’s really good it’s really good you know I like the most about this is the skin the skin is really really good it is kind of fishy though it’s crispy and fishy what I like about this is that there’s like this crispy texture on the outside and the inside is extremely soft and the skin is done so well I just love the skin of this thing it could sell me just a skin and I’d buy it so we’re going to try this bad boy right here so what this is is a mixture of a fried risotto that’s been seared on top of that is a creamy type of salted cod all right so here we go m I almost like these better than I like the fish these are really really good I love how it’s creamy salty fishy it blends with the Roto so well it’s the texture is perfect you have that soft you’re hitting the crunchy then you have another soft texture with the Votto and crunchy at the bottom again so it’s a great marriage of textures and flavors so I love these things they need to make a plate of just these small little roasted Botto things on top of this you have a chard I’m going to try this it’s a leak braz and chard so on the top you have these leaks which are done very very well they’re like basically the bottom of this dish all right so here we go at the bottom of this fish you have these leaks that’s been grilled seems like diced chopped up really small they’re really really good I love it I wish I knew how to do this so I can do this for my kids at home they probably eat it happily but unfortunately I do not but it’s really really good so there’s a lot of things happen with this dish it looks like a simple dish when you first look at it but these things are far from simple at the bottom these leaks are like amazing I would like remove the fish and just eat those and be happy with it the top of it is amazing the fish is crispy on the outside this CH gym lettuce is also really good you get two of these they’re definitely CH they’re delicious like I said there’s a lot going on you have the CH gym lettuce on the top you have have the leaks at the bottom the crispy fish and all around it you have the fried risotto with the salted cod on top of it it’s just so many things happening in this dish everything’s amazing everything’s delicious so it’s definitely something you’d enjoy in many different aspects so here we have a budino and it’s paired with chocolate gelato and chocolate chip cookies this is all made in house from scratch including the cookies and the gelato so the cookies are added onto the this dish to add some texture when you are trying this bino take a look at that there’s heavy whipping cream on top mint and strawberri okay so let me grab one of the cookies I’m going to scoop some of the budino scoop it onto the cookie look at that looks delicious I really like it you could really taste like all the flavors just pretty much really complimenting each other it’s not too overwhelmingly sweet too so I’m really impressed because when you look at a chocolate chip cookie caramel and vanilla you would expect it to be like extremely sweet but it’s actually very complimentary yeah I could pretty much eat all of this let me drb some of the gelato and also put it on top so I added on some of the gelato take a look at that all of that on top of the cookie it’s amazing so I thought it was just going to be a lot in general just having all of these together cuz there’s so many different flavors you have chocolate chip cookies you have the heavy cream the strawberry the caramel and the vanilla and then to add on top of it the chocolate ice cream but it all works so well together and it’s not overwhelmingly sweet take a look at that all those fruit the panacotta is sitting in a strawberry juice and it looks delicious but look at that panaca you could see the vanilla bean in it and it looks amazing super jiggly too wait let me show you how jiggly it is now we’re going to scoop some and try some um I’m going to try to get as much of the strawberry juice and the fruit as I can okay that’s like an orange and a strawberry that’s pretty good this is so good so it immediately melts in your mouth and it’s really refreshing with all of the fruits it’s a really good vanilla taste the fact that it melts in your mouth it kind of reminds me of of a parfait because of the consistency see this is a ricotta cheesecake um I was just told that it’s made of ricotta cheese and look at the plating and look how fluffy the cheesecake is I’m super excited to try it cuz it looks so pretty let me get some of the sorbet and then also grab some of that cheesecake take a look at that spoon so like I said um it’s a very fluffier it’s a lot fluffier than the New York cheesecake um I feel as though if you’re eating this you don’t walk away feeling as though it’s like a really heavy dessert um it’s actually very light and Airy and the blueberry layer at the bottom isn’t too intense so you’re able to really enjoy that ricotta taste and they make their ricotta in- house apparently so it’s it’s really good okay so we just tried a lot of GRA Foods again at doce special thanks to the chef he always does an amazing job he always goes over and Beyond what’s asked for whenever we’re here he treat you get treated well here that’s the best way I can say it so as you can see there’s lots of new dinner items on the
