I can afford scallops again, so I can resume making this quick, easy, & delicious scallop pasta!

[Ingredients]
100g pasta of your choice
3 cloves sliced garlic
1.5 tbsp olive oil & 1 tsp chili oil
1.5 fillets of anchovy
70g to 100g red sauce (pomodoro used in video)
3 to 4 large scallops
(Optional) Guanciale, pancetta, bacon
Assorted chopped parsley, olive oil, oregano

1. Start boiling pasta in 2L water/20g salt, al dente or bust.
2. Add garlic & olive oil to cold pan, turn to medium heat, add chili oil.
3. Simmer for a minute or 2, add anchovies.
4. Break them apart & simmer until garlic is lightly brown.
5. Add red sauce, mix & simmer for a few minutes.
6. Break apart scallops, add to pan. Optionally add cooked meat.
7. Stir & cook for another minute or two.
8. Add pasta, parsley, olive oil. Stir & mix. Top it off with oregano.

my crypto portfolio finally recovered so I can afford fresh scallops to make this quick and easy pasta heat up garlic with olive and chili oil add a filet of anovi break it apart get a r sauce of your choice I prefer Pomodoro for this dish break apart and add the scallops oh and optionally cut up and cook Guan Panetta or bacon this is probably why I’m gaining weight cook for another minute or two cook your favorite pasta

  1. Oh yeah. Now you’re talkin’. I’m big into seafood my dude. Do more like this please. My pasta of choice would be mafaldine so the sauce has those crinkled edges to cling to. Also, I think I’d disable my smoke alarm before putting my guanciale in a pan that hot. Did you do that, or were we spared the shriek of an alarm due to your editing skills? Inquiring minds want to know 😂
