When I’m craving a lot of sweets and carbs, I make this sweet potato apple spice bowl with sugar free syrup for dessert. This keeps me full until dinner.
I just peel the sweet potato, chop lines around it to make it cook evenly and microwave. I did 4 mins on each side or 8 mins in total, but it may depend on your microwave. I topped it with apple spice (sometimes I use cinnamon) and sugar free syrup.
I’m not sure how to track it, but I logged it as 380 cal just to be safe.
