I know this isn't revolutionary but I ❤️ this stuff. So filling and I still get to have PASTA. Entire recipe is about 2,295 calories depending on the size of your veggies or such. I divide by 9 total servings & my bowl here weighs 3.1 oz., making 14.6 oz. approximately 255 calories.
Ingredients:
1 bottle zesty light Italian dressing (I used Great Value)
1/4 cup Cholula or other hot sauce
1 & 1/2 tbs paprika
1 tbs. sesame seeds
salt to taste (I use too much, I'll admit it)
1 tsp umami seasoning (I used Trader Joe's)
2 onions
2 large tomatoes
2 english cucumbers
1 pack of 3 tri-color bell peppers
1 lb. tri-color rotini
2 3.8 oz. cans of black olives, sliced
Instructions:
– Boil your pasta
– Dice all of your veggies while the pasta boils and add to an extraordinarily large container
– Drain pasta when finished cooking and rinse with cold water
– Combine remaining ingredients with the veggies and salt to taste
This would probably be great with pepperonis too. I usually have a veggie dog w. jalepenos and mustard or such on the side.
