Big serving of shrimp and vegetable fried rice for dinner today. Zucchini, onion, green peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, 2 eggs, some shrimp and of course rice. Added various spices plus sesame oil, fish sauce and soy sauce.

Approximate calories (didn’t fully measure everything but decent estimate)
Rice- 280
2 eggs- 150
Shrimp- 75
Veggies- 100 ish?
Sauces- low calorie sauces so maybe 25?
Total- About 630
Pretty big serving without going crazy

Update: Ate all of this and I’m quite hungry like 30 mins later. How come? Has been happening recently where I eat a meal, feel stuffed at the end and then get hungry pretty quickly afterwards
