

First attempt at over the top chili. Pretty much made chili the way I normally do with the obvious exception being the use of the Egg. Used 2 lbs ground venison and a little less than 1 lb chorizo for the meatball. Turned out very good (totally forgot the final picture) but not as smoky as I expected. I was a little leery of serving a liquid ashtray so I just used KJ Big Block lump with no additional wood chunks for smoke.
Will definitely make it again and experiment some more.
