    It’s beautiful, but it looks hard to eat. I am just imagining sawing at the sausage and trying to figure out where to put the tails.

    Where are the grits? Should be able to see a bit of them that aren’t drowned in sauce.

    I would say it’s the most beautiful plate I’ve seen all year but that would sound dumb right now…

    That is however the must beautiful plate I’ve seen in several moons. I’ve had “Cajun” only once or twice but it was neither soulfood nor spicy. This looks like it’s both. Great Pic. Great food (I wish I could taste it thorough the screen)

    This looks so tasty! Can you describe the sauce? The only things I would change is the amount of sausage. The ratio is a little off but that could just be personal preference.

    You asked for thoughts and I would simply take the tails off the shrimp. Hypermodern is people realizing they don’t want to touch shrimp tails

    Feel like the sausage should be cut, once the customer tries to cut that the rest of the food is goin to go everywhere
