    Made a herb butter crust with rosemary, thyme sage, salt, pepper and chopped shallots. Roasted it standing fat and crust at the top. 232 C for 20 minutes 163 C for 50 minutes. (11-12) minutes per pound.

    Also did rosemary roast tatties (potatoes) corn on the cob on the BGE. My wife swears it’s the best thing I’ve ever cooked and I agree.
