10 racks of baby backs I did the other day. Ate some, vacuum sealed and froze the rest so they’re ready to sous vide on an easy week night.

    I never thought of sous vide for cooked food! How long do you sous vide for and do you sous vide from frozen?

    Works great with whole butts and briskets as well for sous vide. Never thought of trying whole ribs to though
