Grated Paneer-1cup (100gm)
Potato-1pc Medium
(Boiled & Mashed)
Rice Flour-2tsp
Cornflour-2tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves-2tsp
Green Chilli-1pc
Chaat Masala-1/2tsp
Black Pepper (Crushed)-1/2tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder-1/2tsp
Lemon Juice-1/2tsp
Mix Well
Salt to taste
Shape from the mixture round/oval bites
Oil for Frying
Swallow fry the bites until golden brown
For Spicy Yogurt dip-
Hung Curd-1/2cup
Roasted Cumin Powder-1/2tsp
Chilli Flakes-1/2tsp
Honey-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped Fresh Mint-1tsp
Mix Well
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
