    I have done a long skewer that was down the regulator cap, cooked without opening the egg. Yea it was only a couple skewers. I used a hunk of potato at the end of the to keep the meat in place. Closest thing you can get to a tandoor.

  5. How do you keep the meat from falling off the skewer?
