I got my first smoker at Christmas today I made orange and lemon chicken Portuguese wings and pulled pork it’s still in the grill but already looking fabulous I’m super happy with it I also made my own rub and and use a recipe for pulled pork rub

  1. I love that you threw on all the meats lol. Here is a tip from a random guy, but I do cook on a comp team and I’m a certified judge. The pork but is not done until it is done. Use the the thermo probe for temp if you want but until you can put that probe in or a skewer and it comes out with very little pull that shoulder or butt is not done. Every piece of protein is different and the smallest butt can take longer then the biggest one. You will kill your self trying to pull pork with a piece that is not done. This is wisdom that was hard won so I share it with you to prevent you the pain.

    Christ, you scared me! In the third picture, the wings put together like that look like you skinned two very small puppies and are smoking them. I had to do a SERIOUS double take to see chicken wings.
