To high… sugar (especially brown sugar) has a low burn point. Lesson learned. Better next round. Keep it up!

Tbh I’ve never even been a big rib fan but those honestly look promising.

Is this on a new to you pellet grill? If so, you’d need to do some testing on it to see what the actual temperature is over various parts of the grill grates. My GMG had a temp difference of about 70 degrees from left to right. My Grilla has only about a 25 degree variance, and cooks much more evenly
