Not a bad day in Dallas. The only let down was the sausage.

I dropped $130 there this past weekend, was my time trying their Q at any location.

Everything is bigger in TX. Except bbq portions, those are small.

Should’ve gotten the beef bone. That was tasty

The Q snobs tend to knock on Terry Black’s from time to time, but to me, that place is so damn good. Absolutely worth every penny.

Brisket is so hard to photograph well. It looks dry as shit in the photo, but that really doesn’t mean anything because the best brisket in the world can look dry in an amateur photograph.

Terry’s brisket is great. I prefer Soulman’s pork ribs, though. I haven’t been to Goldee’s yet. I just wish they would make a smoked potato salad like Blind Box in Kansas.

Really? When I went the sausage was the star of the plate.
