In Software Architecture, I used Lego to visualize. So funny to hear a true Chef like Marco using this analogy.

At the end of the day, everything Marco does is an extension of Lego.
I’ll always remember the lesson me first head chef taught was, the cooking is the easiest part, it’s the dealing with the rest of kitchen like, admin, dietaries, people management and so forth, that’s the more challenging part.
Huge marco fan. Overtime he’s become the reason why i can cook. I love the transformation by heat thanks to him. He knows the old magical ways of hard work in touch with your senses
